How long does the booking process take?

The booking process is immediate and you will receive a reservation confirmation by email as soon 3 minutes after payment has been processed.

What methods of payment accepted?

We accept a major payment methods Visa, master card, Amex and also other electronic methods such as zelle and venmo.

Booking Questions

Can I make changes to a pending reservation request?

Yes you can make changes to a reservation request through our direct messaging system, by sending us an email, or direct contact on the reservation.

How do I cancel a reservation request?

To cancel a reservation request your reservation and select cancel at the bottoms. Cancellation terms are as follows: Full refund provided as long the cancellation is processed 15 days prior to booking your reservation. If is past the 15 day minimum you will only receive 50% refund. Any cancellations made on the day of booking are not refunded.

How do I check the status of my reservation?

To check status of your reservation select your reservation and the status will be visible on the top of your reservation page. 

How do I find my reservation?

To find your reservation go to your reservations tab and look for the reservation you’d like to inquire about.

When am I charged for a reservation?

You’re charged for your reservation as follows: 50% is due upon processing the booking and the remaining 50% is due upon check-in.

Help on your reservations

What happens if my host cancels my reservation?

If your host cancels your reservation their star host status will be negatively affected and you will receive a full refund.

What is the Resolution Center?

The resolution center is were we resolve any special claims and or requests. 

What should I do if I forgot something at a place I stayed?

If you forget an item during your stay you’re in good hands. Please send us a text or whatsapp message to the phone number indicated in your reservation and we will locate the missing item. In many cases items are found and shipped back to the address you indicate for us.

Should I book if I have not heard back from the host?

It is highly suggested you process the booking if you havent heard back from the host. This is because reservations can be processed anytime specially during high season and you may miss your stay at that location in particular.

How do I share trip details with others?

To share trip details with others you may do so through the share icon once you’ve processed the reservation or you may add their email as additional guest upon processing the reservation.
